Very well indeed. They showed up when they said they would, did a clean job in a timely manner, showed me how to run the appliance, hauled away all their trash, and sent a bill for the amount estimated. Incidentally, the house has two furnaces -- estimator had taken a look at the age and condition of the other one and (with an opportunity in hand to double the order) pronounced it okay for several more years at least. I recommend them for anyone’s short list, and would do business with them again.

The technician arrived on time and spent over an hour thoroughly servicing the furnace. He cleaned the burners and checked the heat output once the furnace was turned on. he was friendly and thoroughly professional. He was an excellent technician. I will definitely call the company next time I have heating/air conditioning problems.
We got two bids and Anderson’s was by far the most detailed and professional. They did the work when they said they would and spent a lot of time and effort making sure everything worked perfectly and that we knew how to operate the new equipment. They helped us get the rebates offered by the manufacturer.
For a start, I was called to be sure I was available. To my amazement, it was at the beginning of one of those range-of-times scheduling. The gentleman arrived promptly, introduced himself, and helped me up the ladder so I could learn more about my HVAC unit: how to open the area for changing filters, etc. The prior owner had done some filter arranging that was inhibiting the efficiency of the unit, so he showed me how and why the filters needed a repositioning. He did a thorough cleaning of the coils. This wasn’t a simple cleaning, because the unit had not been serviced in several years. After servicing the unit, he checked the temperatures of the supply and return several places in my house. Then he wrote all the pertinent information about the unit on my receipt for future needs. Having such efficient and thorough service was most refreshing. These people are true pros! You can be sure that come Fall, I will schedule another servicing for Winter months.
Because I was ill this spring and unable to get on my roof to perform this myself, I got a recommendation for Anderson Air Corps. from a friend who said they were good, but more expensive than the local handyman. I called for an appointment on Monday, and although it was at the height of their coolers season, set up an appointment for Wednesday. The next morning, the technician called me and asked if it were ok to do the service that day (Tuesday). He arrived on time, went about his work, informed me that the pads were ok, but the pump and belt needed to be replaced. I asked about the water line and he said he had enough copper with him to make the replacement. The technician also took the time to instruct me on the PROPER adjustment of windows to direct air flow for maximum benefit. So far this summer, after too many days of above 100 degrees, the cooler has performed superbly -- no leaks and cool inside temps. As my friend said, they’re good, but more expensive than the local handyman. But I’m willing to pay the price for reliable workmanship. Very likely they will be doing the cooler shut-down this fall as well as servicing the furnace.
